So I live in Christchurch BH231QX and the flat below me and others nearby can get virgin media full fiber but my place which is a two bed flat cannot get it?
Surely it's just lining the cable up to the wall..
What floor are you on? VM typically only install up to the first floor... anything higher requires their "specialist" heights team. Also they wont go onto flat roofs and there may be other issues providing a full fibre connection - such as no ducts serving your property
Or there may be other reasons... such as they have reached maximum capacity of users on the network in that location so cant sign up any new customers ATM. Or it may just be an admin error !
