Tapo to link sockets won’t connect
Hi all I’ve recently upgraded my router to hub5 and I’ve purchased some Tapo TP link sockets … I’ve tried to connect them to the router but my Tapo app keeps saying to check your deny list on router...
These devices work on the 2.4Ghz band.
The HUB transmits on both bands (2.4 and 5Ghz) on the same SSID (Network Name), which can cause problems for these types of devices.
You'll probably have to split the SSID into two, one for each band, to get these devices to connect.
This is assuming you won't be using any pods supplied by VM.
