Quickstart kit sent after re-contracting, but already have hub 5 and wifi pod

I recently got an email to say I could upgrade to 1 Gig volt (M500 Volt) package for an extra £3 a month if I re-contract which I've taken, as it was the same price as what I paying before I downgrad...

    Hi Mike6688,

    Thanks for your post. How strange, yes you shouldn't have received a new Hub unless you were upgrading to 600mbs or above, but obviously that's not the case here.

    Feel free to use the new Hub if you'd like, however this might be more trouble than it's worth with getting all your devices set up on the new network. 

    To send the Hub back, you can order some prepaid returns packaging here. Apologies for the inconvenience caused there 😊

Thank you - I’ve set the new hub up as I only get the speed increase once the hub was swapped for the new hub received, but now returned the previous hub 5.

All workikg fine 🙂
