No show appointment - plan cancelled
I ordered a broadband package on 17 April and the earliest appointment they could provide for the installation was on 3 May. After waiting around all day, not only the technicians did not show up, it appears that my appointment and my order was cancelled by Virgin media without any warning. I called in today to follow up and to my surprise, a customer rep told me that my 'services had been cancelled at my request' which is completely made up. After transferring my call from department to department, they put me on hold for over half an hour and then hung up on me (this happened twice in a row). A total waste of time. To this point, they have not done anything to correct the situation and I have been without internet for over 3 weeks now. Unacceptable.
