New contract e mail

Can someone help please, I am reluctantly staying with virgin for another 18 months for certain reasons, however since April when I was first e mailed asking to renew my contract. I clicked the link and received an email with my new contract details on 16th April and every month since without fail I get 2/3 emails asking me to renew, can someone look into this please
