Neighbours can get Virgin Media but I can't

Hi, if you could help I would be very grateful. Virgin installed their cables on my road in November 2024, but the availability checker still says "Keep Me Posted". I've just checked for my neighbours' properties, and they're able to get full fibre. 

Could someone please let me know why my neighbours seem to have it but I don't? Maybe it is possible to get fibre connected to my address but it hasn't updated online?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
