Moving home and being placed on to a new contract without consent
VM applied a new contract without my consent and against my will. After multiple conversations with the "professional" customer service team, the "new" contract still there. even the "professional" Cs team agreed and promised to work back to the original one.
Do NOT trust VM CS, raise a complain straight away on VM website and get a case no., if they don't rectify their "mistake" in 8 weeks report to Communications Ombudsman.
