How to cancel order

Hello, how in this world I can cancel my order [REMOVED]

Please don't ask me to phone all your numbers with waiting times of 30mins + and advisors asking me for account details and my last bill amount as its a new installation but they don't care!

I just placed an order and want to cancel it, HELP!!!!

    Hi Andrejsiv 

    Has the broadband been imnstalled and activated yet?

    If not you could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734.  They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
