Engineer Appointment
Hi,
I have a specific geolocation issue with my internet, I’ve done everything humanly possible and the helpdesk have arranged an engineer visit to my property to hopefully swap the hub. I’ve not had confirmation of the appointment either via SMS/email and it does not show in the app. Is this normal? I’ve called back and they’ve advised that it’s definitely booked but I’m skeptical due to some of the posts I’ve read across different forums.
