Engineer appointment for external cabling
We had an engineer out the other week as we've been getting a lot of dropping of service. The outcome of the tests was that the outside cabling from house to box would probably need replaced and that it would be referred.
We've had a text message asking about an appointment but it's being flagged as spam, and I can't find anything in My Account to confirm that an engineer has been booked. Now the lad did say that it's an external company that handles the cabling so it's possible that it could be legit. but I can't find anything to confirm, and I can't even find a way to contact someone to ask?
Any idea on how to get confirmation if it's legit or not? (it's now due tomorrow but the text is asking for a response)
