Virgin media failed to provide broadband service base on the contract, and try to stop me from cancellation. 

There's a outage in my area, i keep receiving messages saying the problem will get fixed tomorrow for a week. Been trying to cancel the contract, virgin media customer service say i have to pay 470pounds, even they can't provide the service?

    Any info VM gives out about fix times is nothing more than an estimate.
