Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing your email.
We have changed our login process, and customers would need to create a Virgin Media O2 ID to be able to access the account and features that a Virgin Media account offers, such as email, Sky Sports and TVGO.
You can sign in from the link here if you're unsure of that webpage. If you encounter any issues, please let us know exactly what has happened and where in the process it happens. If you see any error messages or error codes, please let us know and we'll assist further should you need.

Having the same issue, when spoofing my email address it adds an extra letter when asking for the password

Sorry to hear you also have concerns with accessing your online account.
I'm not sure what you mean when you state 'when spoofing your email address'. You would need to use the email you currently use to access your online account for this process.

Same problem here. It says my email is verified then just goes round in a loop getting nowhere.
