Cable My Street

Hi,

 Have been requesting to get Virgin Media broadband for about 10 years and haven't had any success.

 I've made posts on here before but nothing ever happens... My last post was a few years ago. Our street is stuck with slow broadband speeds of 30mbs download with BT, which half the time is about 1mbs.

We contacted the people who built our street and they said, "the street is fitted with all the Virgin ducting so would not be a major installing of the cables".

So many people down the street would be interested so I can't understand why it hasn't been installed. Every other street in the village seems to have it but us... And we have been requesting for years.Everytime I reach out to someone from Virgin I get the same response saying they will pass my details on and someone will contact me. Nothing ever happens...

    Thanks for posting in regards to your area and the availability of Virgin Media, we're always expanding our networks to reach even more UK homes. 

     

    We'd recommend speaking to our Sales Team on 0800 183 1234, if you request a spotter or survey within 10 working days they will arrange for someone to visit the area to check if the infrastructure is in place to install the cabling.
