Brown box cover

Hi there, 

The cover from the brown box outside has blown away in the recent storm. How do I arrange for this to be replaced please?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

    Hi Virgin Media Support

    I have the exact same issue and with the wires exposed when it rains I get interruptions with my connection, please could someone help fix this thanks.
