192.168.100.1 doesn't get me to my new hub 3 in modem mode.

We have just had a new Hub 3 which I have got up and running and put into modem mode as we have our own router. Normally I would go to 192.168.100.1 for access to the hub 3 but this doesn't work. Ho...

Managed to get this working with 192.168.100.1, and the LED is red.
