Wrong email address was typed when virgin made my account.
Hi. I am struggling with my online account and cannot set it up as my gmail had a typo when they set it up. Can i have this changed please?

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Its certainly something we can look at with you, with this however, the My VM account can be set up with any email address, it does not have to be the contact email from your account, this should then allow you to set up the account, and then go about changing the contact information on your account.

Unfortunately I already have an account pre-setted and it won’t let me set a different one. Gives me the message “we already found you!” And it only lets me reset the password, however the email is wrong.
