Would it get there?

I recently had to return a Hub 3.   When I discovered Yodel was Virgin's dedicated carrier I was very apprehensive as I had read numerous online complaints from disgruntled customers about  their unreliability.   However six days after taking the box to a Yodel drop off point I received a message from Virgin thanking me for returning the hub.   So my experience was a positive one allowing me, at least on this occasion, to sing, or even yodel, their praises.   Sorry about that last bit 😀
