Will I ever be free of Virgin Media

Will I ever be free of Virgin Media? Despite being assured by Sabrina_B that I owe nothing as my termination was final on the 20th February 2024 Today I recieved a bill saying I must pay last months bill, which was in fact paid 12th Jan.

It also says I have a credit of £62.89 but I have been charged £32.83 for broadband services added.

For Gods sake, I did not add anything!! but I will happily accept the £62.89 

What the hell is wrong with these people, It's been nothing but hassle since Virgin took over from NTL I have had enough and terminated. leave me alone!!!!!😡
