I have contacted Virgin 6 times regarding this and where the promised welcome gift TV is. I have tonight spent another 2 hours on chat and on the phone and I am nowhere further forward. Nobody can give answers. I keep being promised contact within 24 hour and nothing. Anybody else in this situation?
45 working days is nearly two months. Is that really "a little bit of time"?
Does it really take that long to send out a TV, or is VM hoping that the customer will give up waiting and go out to buy one?
