Waiting for cancellation refund

Hello does anyone know how long it takes for VM to refund cancellation charges please?

I moved to an area not serviced by VM & sent proof of my new address on 13th & 22nd October to mailto:homemovers@virginmedia.co.uk

I’ve had no acknowledgment & when I spoke online with VM, their response was they don’t deal with that department - bizarre!
