My uncle (mental illness) but lives alone. He has VM M125 broadband and line rental, no tv. I’ve just found out he’s paying VM £87.95 a month.
This is extortionate. Does anyone know how much this should be and what I can do to sort it out?

At least £50 less. He is probably on an undiscounted rolling monthly contract and these generally catch the vulnerable out disproportionately.
Either negotiate a sensibly priced new contract (you might need to arrange POA) or else use a switching service to move the phone number and broadband provision to another company perhaps via a price comparison website.

Possibly not (you would also need memorable word info etc which can trip up the best of us). You might get some steer from the VM forum team in a couple of days or so on the situation.
