I have had an email from Virgin websales. Asking me to ring 0800 0643830 regarding volt sims order from a recent change I have made to my virgin package. I have not contacted Virgin recently to make a change to my package. Is this a scam email and phone number?

I personally don't like confirming numbers as it can be easy to spoof the numbers nowadays. If you're ever unsure, the best thing to do is not to click on any links in the email and contact us on 150 / 0345 454 1111. The team there will be able to check things and confirm if any action is needed from yourself.
