Virgin says I've changed my plan... I haven't!!

As the title says, I got a mystery email stating I've changed my plan and billing changes will show from next month.. I've not changed my plan! I swear Virgin are nothing but a bunch of bungling clowns does anyone know who I can speak to in order to get this sorted? I've had nothing but problems with Virgin and have kept copies of the original contracts I was sent so if need be I will take things up with the communications ombudsman.

  • I have just received the same email and again have not changed anything. Is this a legitimate email from Virgin Media streamingservices@virginmedia.co.uk

      Hello Jaffa1962,

      Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having at the moment with your Stream plan. 

      That is a legitimate Virgin Media email address that we'd use. Does it say what has been changed and has anything actually changed with your TV package since you received the email?
