Virgin says I've changed my plan... I haven't!!
As the title says, I got a mystery email stating I've changed my plan and billing changes will show from next month.. I've not changed my plan! I swear Virgin are nothing but a bunch of bungling clowns does anyone know who I can speak to in order to get this sorted? I've had nothing but problems with Virgin and have kept copies of the original contracts I was sent so if need be I will take things up with the communications ombudsman.
