Virgin Media Will Not Unlock My Account

  • I received a text on Monday the 12th of January, informing me that VM had locked my account. I have reported reported the issue to 150 on four separated occasions and also via webchat. All I have been told is that it was locked due to an unauthorised login attempt. The account remains locked, which is causing me a lot of stress as it's my primary email account and I can only access it via webmail. I'm self employed and any offers of work or related enquires, go to this account. How can I get my VM account password reset?

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! So it seems you are saying you have been locked out of your MYVM account- is that correct? 

    We can raise an IT ticket which will be reviewed by our IT team between 5-10 working days. They will reach out if they need any additional information. Firstly, look out for a private message and we will do some security checks😀
