Virgin media staff are liars!!!!

Virgin media staff are thieves and liars!!

I have been lied to by virgin media and my money taken. They ended my contract and started a new contract without my consent and charging much more than the contract I signed. Their agent that connected me with the service has blocked my phone number.  I am being charged for internet, TV and telephone whereas I have only ever used their internet services. I have called over 25 staff members and they have consistently lied giving different reasons and assurances but the problem has not been solved for 3 months and I am still been billed for services that I do not use and they have extended my contract without my consent.

I am now seeking legal advice as it is evident that they are unwilling to resolve this issue.
