Virgin media sending emails to an old email account

Hi there,

Ages ago I update my username for my virgins media account and all my preferences to email a new account as my old one had been compromised. I do get emails to this new one, however I’ve just changed my package online and virgin have sent all the contract details to my old email address which hasn’t been associated with my account for years. I can’t find anything on manage my account which shows this email address still in use so I’m confused!
