Virgin Media are trying to steal £40 from me
After getting a bunch of threatening letters from Virgin to return an unused hub 3 (because I had to wait ~2 weeks for their return kit to arrive by post) I returned it on the 24th of October which was received by Virgin Media on the 28th of October. You have had it for almost 3 weeks. I made a complaint a few days ago because the charge still had not been removed from the next bill. In this complaint I included the yodel tracking number.
I received an email response to my complaint yesterday which doesn't even look like it was written by a human, asking me to show proof of return AGAIN. Meanwhile my bill is due on the 19th of this month and I DO NOT WANT £40 REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I do not want to have to wait X amount of time to be refunded.
