Virgin Media Account
I am unable to sign into my Virgin Media Account, when I use my password it returns "incorrect" so I try to use the password reset. But when I try that I get the email to change, update my password and confirm then it just goes into "Request in progress" just keeps running, its been running for about 15 minutes as I write this ? I have tried to sign in to get the Virgin Advanced Security several times but keep failing. I have attempted to follow all the security measures but am convinced I have a MITM actor between me and Virgin Media. Any ideas?
