My virgin media account is linked to an old email address that i no longer have access to. I am moving home soon and cannot access my account, can someone contact me so i can change the email address on my account?

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your online account due to an email you no longer have access to.
We are unable to change emails on our side. If you have forgotten your password for your online account and thus need the email changed, please contact us on 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, and the team will be able to assist you further.
If you're moving home, you can also contact the team here, and they'll be able to assist with your home move request.
