Virgin account
- we have recently joined virgin for our broadband. we have had no welcome email so dont know our account number, in effect cant set up my account online. we have checked junk and nothing there.

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the welcome E-Mail not being received, and therefore leaving you in the dark in relation to your account number and area reference number.

I had the same problem when I joined! They're quick to sign you up but then - no communication! Luckily the engineer left my account number with me , but no area code.
Currently trying to contact Virgin to pay my get out of contract fee with BT - as promised! Wish me luck. 😊
