VAT Invoices, Wi-fi Booster, MS Teams Issue

Hello , I am freshly new customer but experiencing few bumps already :( :( 

Hope you are doing well btw.

I have stayed hours on telephone line trying to connect and speak with someone but without success and I am feeling very anxious not receiving any support.

Now, I need urgent help for following: 

  1. I need VAT invoices
  2. I haven't received  my free Virgin Media Wi-fi booster for my house.
  3. My Teams stopped working when I changed my broadband to VM - everything else is working fine but my Teams for work not running and this is very disturbing

    If you need technical help urgently you will have to ring in.  This is a Community forum and as such a VM Mod may take a couple of days to respond.

    Pods are only free on the top tiers, e.g. 1Gb and you will need to scan your property with the Connect app to prove poor WiFi. 

    Teams works best with a cabled connection as WiFi can cause dropouts.  You WAN address will have changed, perhaps your IT team need to configure something at the backend to allow connections?

      Call in an ask for VAT invoices. Failing this we used to treat it as a VAT inclusive invoice and workout the NET and the VAT for the accounts & use Google for the VM VAT Number.
       
      If MS Teams is not connecting, login to the Virgin Media online account
      and Disable "Parental Controls".

      We can help with VAT invoices here, Pods are only sent if tests that you've ran show they are needed and please do follow the very helpful advice from Client62 and Adduxi for Teams :)
