Unable to log in to MyVM
I have been struggling to log in to My virgin media and my email via a laptop today. Luckily can use my phone but they really are atrocious.

I can't even log into My Virgin media account so all your guidance is useless

Sorry to hear of the account access issues experienced via your laptop, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Can you elaborate on the issues experienced? What happens when you try to access your account via your laptop? Is this across different browsers?
We were made aware of an issue where customers trying to sign in were taken to a blank page, we have since been advised that this is now resolved.
If you need any further support, please let us know here. This is a virgin error. I suggest they get it sorted, quickly. No way am I calling the "help" line at this time of day.
