I’m having the same issue. We had an outage earlier today which is now resolved but I’ve had 5 of these texts in the last 90 minutes. Can you let me know how to stop these please?

im getting these texts frequently too and it's infuriating that there is no clear or easy way to find them on my account to turn them off.

Welcome to our community forums and sorry to hear you are facing the same issue with notification texts. We can understand the frustration caused. Normally these texts would advise you of if there are any faults in the area. I have sent you a private message to look at this. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
