Ruined my credit score

I cancelled my current package with yourselves due to moving into an area that you do not supply virgin to. I was left with a £26.08 bill, you took it by DIRECT DEBIT 13 days later than usual and you have now put a default on my credit score, I am in the process of buying a property and this is negatively effecting the process through no fault of my own. I have sent an creditfileamendments however this is really not acceptable that my new property purchase is now in jeopardy due to no fault of my own!!!

    You are being slightly dramatic.

    If it has been paid it will show as a late payment and not a default.

    One late payment may cause your imaginary numbers made up by the CRAs to drop briefly but lenders will not be fazed by just one blip.

    In the UK you do not have a credit score, watch the Martin Lewis Money Show from earlier this week.
