Recontract stuck in limbo
Hi all,
I recently requested to end my contract after a few attempts to get a new lower price once my promotional period ended which came to no avail. I gave my 30 days notice and a few days after received a recontract offer via email for 10% off which I was happy with so went through with it but it doesn't seem like it's gone through. I received the order emails. My last payment did change in value from what the bill said so I'm thinking something's happened in the background but nothings really change on my online account. Then today I've received another recontract offer (this time with 20% off 😡) and I can progress the offer to the point of submitting it. I really don't like talking to people on the phone and I get no where on live chat so hopefully someone on here can help!
