Received precontract documents but no other confirmation or access

Just availed the student offer which is due to run out in a couple of days. I have received the pre contract documents all ok. Since then, no confirmation of anything else or ability to log in. It is...

Availed means used. Do you know how long these checks usually take?

I'm afraid not. Sometimes it maybe a few hours, sometimes it can be a day or two. On occasions, if we need more information from you then there can be a longer delay. The team will be in touch as soon as they have any updates though 🙂
