Re: Virgin not honouring contract price

Happening to me today so an ongoing issue it seems.  I've spent 5 hours today trying to sort out the two different 'contracts' they sent me in the space of 3 hours.

...I've been a Virgin customer since they started. That might well be changing when my contract ends 

Enough is enough...

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new contract. Have you only added your consent to one of the contracts that you have been sent? Have you been able to speak to the team to get this looked into further?
