      Oops sorry about that 

      I took the opportunity to go into another contract that was offered with the exact same package with Netflix - unfortunately - I had an email saying thanks for the recent changes but Netflix is now with ads

      This wasn’t agreed and looks as though it been added of which wasn’t part of the deal

      this seems a common issue reading the other  comments on here

       an you sort it for me please

        In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
