Yes I have the same issue contacting VM to move or end my contract.
Ive replied to emails from VM and they all bounce back, My new address is not serviced by VM so Ive asked to end my contract. NO RESPONSE. So I just cancelled my DD, and now all I get from stupid VM is Automated payment demand emails with late payment fee for a property I have already L:EFT, but still no reply from the VM team, perhaps someone will answer here.? - John_GS
