Re: can't log in to virgin media account

I've got the same problem today. Can't login. Can't reset as it doesn't recognise my email or my other details. That'll be the same email Virgin are emailing me on **bleep**!!

Glad to see it's fixed 4yrs after first been reported!! Who's running this shower? Fujitsu?!!???!

    What error code if there is an error is it giving you?
