Problem changing security question on vm account

Having been scammed on my o2 phone I need to change a security question.  I have changed password but been unable to change security.  Please help. Its been a bad day.

    We're sorry to hear of the recent scamming on your O2 account.

    Can you please try clearing the cache on the browser you're using and logging back into the self-care account to see if you can then change the security question?
