Problem Cancelling Appointment
I reported an issue with broadband and television on Wednesday due to a damaged cable (appeared bitten by foxes) to the house. I was given an appointment today for an engineer to check the equipment in the house and one on Monday 18th November to replace the cable.
The engineer today was able to repair the cable, restoring services, but I appear to be unable to cancel the appointment on Monday - this is apparently not a normal engineer appointment and I am struggling to find the right option on the phone line.
How do I cancel this?
