Package renewal - discrepancy over what's included

I've received several e-mails from VM regarding package renewal.  They all claim 'same package, same price, no fuss', however the list of included channels doesn't include Netfix or TNT Sport, which are both included in my current package.

Before I renew I'd like to be clear that this is a true 'like for like' offer, i.e Netflix and TNT Sport are included. Can someone confirm this please?

Additionally, previous advice on this forum has advised that renewals are not carried out via clicking links, so what's the best way to speak to someone?

  • Just spoke to VM on the phone.  It seems that the package I'm being offered isn't the same as the package I have.  No Netflix and no TNT Sport.  Sky Cinema UHD added.  Clearly a different package - just how that passes any form of scrutiny by VM beggars belief.  This is clearly mis-selling.
