Order not agreeing to contract
Hello, I renewed my Virgin Media agreement yesterday and received three pre-contract documents, along with 1 order summary by email, which appeared correct.
However, today I received my invoice, and the amounts don’t match. As there is a 14 days cooling off period, I want to clarify before I cancel this.
Followed up with customer services and advised to wait 24 hours to see credits applied. Very helpful agent.
