O2 Virgin Media Account is unverified

Hi there

My login email address to get to my VM/O2 email account is stating that the account is unverified. There is no “send verification link” button and so I’m locked out the account.

Can someone at VM/O2 start the process of allowing verification to be completed so I can get into my mail please?
