No Contact Regarding When I Will Receive My Internet

Hi,

I have spoken to someone on the phone yesterday and they promised I would receive an email yesterday, I spoke to someone again today and they said the same thing.

I am still waiting on receiving my order under reference RS1000030940

They said the accounts team will handle it today and I have seen nothing. I need internet to work. When signing up it was said the delivery date would be today

    Did you raise an order? If so how was this over the phone or online, through a website?

    Did you ever get an email to confirm this went through?
