No account/area number

My partner recently ordered (last couple days) she has only received a text and the contract. No welcome email etc so we don’t have an account number to link emails and contact support via phone, would someone be able to reach out and help. Been with virgin before a few years ago… not sticking around if I’m paying and can’t even use my WiFi

    If that doesn't help, would it be possible to get your partner to create a profile on here and contact us directly? We'll need to be speaking to the account holder to provide assistance in relation to this particular matter.
