No access to my virgin media account
I have been unable to log into my virgin media account since they decided to do an update which they did to all their customers. Since the update I cannot login to my virgin media and in consequence cannot view my email. The customer service has tried for over 2 weeks to talk me through the process of logging into my account which I follow but the problem seems to be centred around the fact that Ive had this account since before Virgin Media existed and were known as NTL At that time I registered with a gmail that I now cannot access to get the verification that I need to be able to access my account (it must have been over 30 years ago that I registered for the account with this gmail). I am considering asking for my account to be closed but have been told that if I exit my account early I will have to pay to do so, I have pointed out that it is due to their update that I am having this problem and they are preventing me from having access to a service I am paying for and they are in breach of contract. A manager is supposed to be phoning me in the morning to again try to give me access but I am not holding out any hope. Watch this space!!!!
