Hello johnblakemore,
Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and email for the last two to three days.
Please can you try to clear your browsers cache and try to access your account again or use a different device to try and access your account?
Kind Regards,
Steven_L

Tried to sign in to Myvirginmedia on my Pc on Chrome after clearing the cache. Input email and from just went round in circles or onto a Virgin headed blank screen.
What next?

Thanks for your reply johnblakemore. Have you been prompted to create a Virgin Media O2 ID and register your Virgin Media with it at any point?
Kind Regards,

No. Just the sign in or register page?

Tried incognito mode but there was no difference.
I have been onto VM again this morning but they could not find anything wrong so they are taking it forward with a promise to report back in 24 hours. Holding my breath.

Does it give you the option to make and join the accounts together at all?
Has it been giving you any more errors at all johnblakemore?

I too have had this problem for days, no email, cannot access my account.
I tried signing into O2, was sent a code via other email address, clicked on code, waste of time as I still have no access to account or emails.
Finally managed to speak to someone at 150 today who informed me that my service will be resumed in three to 5 days! I will believe it when it happens!
It would appear that many customers with virginmedia, blueyonder etc., email addresses are having this problem.
Virgin Media SHOULD have made a nationwide announcement via the press to inform Virgin Media customers who use blueyonder and virgin media email addresses of the situation instead of leaving everyone to figure out what was going on.
Everyone who has been in inconvenienced should receive a discount on their next bill.
I will not be renewing my contract.

I TOTALLY AGREE that Virgin Media should have made an announcement about the changes. I thought it was a scam !

I have tried all these things. I have twice been told they will send a link to get me going but the link never arrives.
Help!

Hi johnblakemore, thank you for your posts. We appreciate your frustration.
I can see you spoke to the team on Monday (21 July). What were you advised exactly then?
Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.

I have been advised to try different browsers, clear the cache, try incognito mode, none of which have had any success. On more than one occasion when trying to sign in, the message said that a link will be emailed to you but that never arrives into my Google email account. If it is sent to my little used NTL account which is the one I also cannot gain access too.
