New contract 11/03/25 Not going to be honoured?

My deal is up as of the 10th of April 2025, got an email saying I could renew the contract which I did. 

I signed this and believed that was that - I now had another email saying to get in touch as there was a problem ( there wasn't and I have the paperwork and new contract number to prove it ). I called but was cut off midway through the conversation, the agent said there was a problem online ??!

Noticed it's happened before on here, who can I contact directly to; A - see if the contract is ok & B - if not cancel and move on elsewhere? 

Any assistance is appreciated.
